Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel

If you are unable to attend your booked course, please let us know as soon as possible.

Our preferred solution is always to reschedule your booking to another available course date.

If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund your course fee minus an administrative fee of 100 SEK.

If we need to cancel or reschedule

Occasionally, we may need to postpone or cancel a course due to weather, instructor illness or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In such cases, we will first work with all participants to find a suitable alternative course date.

If no suitable date can be agreed, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

No-shows

Participants who fail to attend without prior notice are generally not entitled to a refund or rescheduling.
