Why a pilot course?
Our pilot courses help us fine-tune the logistics, timing and overall experience while gathering feedback, photos and videos for our website and social media. The training itself follows the same well-tested curriculum and is delivered to the same standard as future courses. You can learn more about the instructor and his background on the about page.
What to bring?
To participate safely and comfortably, please ensure you have:
A valid motorcycle driving licence.
A roadworthy, insured, and mechanically sound adventure or dual sport motorcycle with enough fuel for the day.
Gravel tyres, at least 50/50 or more gravel oriented.
A full-face helmet. Open-face, jet and trials helmets are not permitted.
Rider gear: gloves, boots that provide ankle protection, back and knee protection at minimum. Full protective gear highly recommended if available.
A way to carry about 1 litre of water while riding (hydration pack or water bottle).
Some light snacks for energy during the day. We will have both a fika break and a lunch break, with time to relax and socialize.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. This is a training day, not a race, and everyone progresses at their own pace.
What to expect?
This is a full one-day Level 1 training course, running from 10:00 to 18:00. Please aim to arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can start on time. There will be plenty of coffee or tea to get you going!
The day combines light theory, practical riding exercises and individual coaching in a relaxed and supportive environment. The focus is on developing confidence, control and safe riding techniques that you can immediately apply on and off the road.
If you enjoy the first day and would like additional practice, you can also join an optional second training day with a small additional fee. Simply mention your interest in your registration email, and we'll provide the details.

Location
The course takes place in the Tystberga area, between Nyköping and Trosa, approximately 70 km south of Stockholm. Throughout the day we ride a mix of public gravel roads and selected private training areas.
The exact meeting point will be sent by email once your registration has been confirmed. If you're travelling from further away, there are several accommodation options available in the surrounding area. Just ask us!
