Booking
Your place on a course is confirmed once you have paid in full and received a confirmation email from Elbows Out Adventure Training. Course places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participation Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they:
Hold a valid motorcycle licence appropriate for the motorcycle used.
Bring a road-legal, insured and mechanically sound motorcycle.
Wear suitable protective riding equipment as specified in the course information.
Follow the instructor's directions throughout the course.
Participation is at your own risk. Riders are responsible for ensuring that they are physically capable of taking part in the training.
Safety
Safety is our highest priority.
The instructor may refuse participation or terminate a participant's training at any time if the participant:
Behaves in a dangerous or reckless manner.
Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Fails to follow safety instructions.
Is considered unable to participate safely without creating an unreasonable risk for themselves or others.
In such cases, the participant will not be entitled to a refund or other compensation.
Motorcycles and Equipment
Participants are responsible for the condition of their own motorcycle and equipment. Elbows Out Adventure Training accepts no responsibility for mechanical failures, damage, theft or personal equipment.
Weather
Courses are normally conducted regardless of weather conditions. Please dress appropriately for the forecast.
If weather or other circumstances make it unsafe to conduct the course, we reserve the right to postpone or reschedule it.
Liability
Adventure motorcycle riding involves inherent risks. While every reasonable effort is made to provide a safe and controlled learning environment, participants are responsible for their own riding decisions and actions throughout the course.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights granted to consumers under applicable Swedish law.
